Terms of Service
I retain the right to deny commissions on the basis of the provided rules/guidelines, as well as my own discretion.Once fully paid for, I consider the finished product to be co-owned by the commissioner. I will credit them in the description of the work (unless they ask to remain anonymous). In turn, the commissioner may post my work to any platform they choose as long as due credit is given to me.When posting the finished product, it will only be posted to DeviantArt. I will not post the finished product to AO3, as posting/advertising of paid works goes against AO3's Terms of Service (Clause II.C).I only accept payment through PayPal. I will not accept Cryptocurrency or any similar forms of payment.I do NOT use AI for my work, and do NOT permit for my work to be used to feed or train AI, even by the commissioner.Communication and Timeline
When working on a commission, I try to keep the commissioner updated as the work progresses. When the work is being started, when the first draft is finished, etc. You are also allowed to reach out to me at any time with questions about progress.Please understand that my current job does not have a consistent schedule, so communication and progress on comms does have to work around that. I will respond when I am able.If I have other commissions in progress, you will be put into a queue and informed of such. Discussion and elaboration of the story idea can still be hosted, but I will not take upfront payment or begin writing the work until you are at the front of the queue and I can focus on your commission.Work should not take more than two weeks from when I first accept payment. If I believe that it might, I will inform you of any delays ahead of time. If I believe that I cannot complete a work at all, you will be informed and refunded back to the PayPal you originally paid me with.

For anything which is not on these lists, feel free to ask me about it! My "Will Do!" list is mostly just things I have written before and know that I can write. There may be things I'm willing to try, though keep in mind that things that aren't in my wheelhouse might not be as good in quality as those that are. I reserve the right to deny doing certain kinks, even if they aren't on my "Won't Do" list.

Pricing:

I price commissions at a price of $15 USD for every 1,000 words, going up to $75 USD for 5,000 words*.When an agreement for a commission is reached, I take half the payment upfront. I will ask for the other half when the story is completed and ready to post.Word counts are not exact, but I will treat them as a minimum. I'm likely to run over by a couple hundred words, if not more (you will not be charged for extra if I end up going significantly over the word count.)*I am willing to write stories with higher word counts, but there will be an extra fee for commissions on that scale.
